 In my practice, I integrate Reiki, Sound Healing, Guided Imagery, Intuitive Knowing, and Breathing Techniques to promote stress relief, relaxation, and energy balance. These powerful methods work together to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit. Sessions are designed to encourage deep rest, support nervous system rebalancing, and facilitate emotional release. The session typically lasts about an hour and will be completely customized for you.

Reiki works very effectively through space and time! You will experience Reiki's beneficial effects without being in the same physical space as I am.  

REIKI: You will learn the fundamentals of Reiki Energy Healing and learn to utilize different techniques and tools within Reiki Treatment.  Each level is taught on it's own with time to practice in between.  

SOUND HEALING:  You will learn the fundamentals of Sound Healing and start to cultivate your OWN practice!  My curriculum will cover sound physics, sound journey set-up, indoor and outdoor journey basics, how to incorporate sound healing with other modalities. 

REIKI: You will learn the fundamentals of Reiki Energy Healing and learn to utilize different techniques and tools within Reiki Treatment.  Each level is taught on it's own with time to practice in between.

This option is for participants who want to participate in my special workshops.  A full-body meditative experience where participants lay and sit comfortably while I take you through a guided meditation, guided imagery, writing prompts, open sharing & play my quartz crystal bowls, chimes & tuning forks. My journeys will promote self discovery, inner exploration, relaxation and coming back to your center. You will leave with a new perspective! These events fill up fast!

This option is for participants who want to drop in to my donation events.  A full-body meditative experience where participants lay comfortably while I take you through a guided meditation, play my quartz crystal bowls, chimes & tuning forks. My journeys will promote self discovery, inner exploration, relaxation and coming back to your center. You will leave with a new perspective. These events fill up fast!!  $30 suggested donation.

 It is my deepest honor to assist you or your loved one as you journey into the next realm, Death.  Please reach out to me directly to discuss arrangements for a sound and energetic healing journey for an end of life transition ceremony.  I will hold space for you and your closest loved ones by bringing peace, love and sacred sound for a peaceful transition.  My time will be flexible as each end of life journey is different.  I'm more than grateful to assist either you in your walk home.   

I will travel to you & combine Reiki and Sound Healing! These healing techniques are used for stress reduction, relaxation and to balance your energy. Sound healing  and Reiki will balance your mind, body and spirit. This is also a wonderful way to promote deep rest, nervous system rebalancing and emotional release. I will need a space big enough to set my table and sound bowls up =0) This will last about an hour. 

 Do you feel a weird vibe in your house? Have you suffered a traumatic event and you just can't get comfortable in your surroundings currently? I will come to your home and help you re-adjust your surroundings and teach you how to create a safe space. I will leave you with the tools you need to bring peace to your surroundings again. This option offers a private sound journey or a tailored event for you and your family or friends at a location of your choice. It’s a full-body meditative experience where participants relax comfortably as I guide you through meditation and play my quartz crystal bowls, chimes, tuning forks, or create a unique experience just for you.   I’m available for your next event, including memorials, corporate wellness, retreats, and bridal showers. I can customize the event for YOU!
