A Sound Journey is a deeply restorative experience designed to calm the nervous system and bring the body back into balance. Through the soothing tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, participants are invited into a meditative state where stress softens, the mind quiets, and the body can naturally reset. Simply lie down, relax, and allow the vibrations of sound to guide you into deep rest and inner stillness.

Azadi Studio
A space to come home to yourself. This group breathwork experience uses intentional, rhythmic breathing to quiet the active thinking mind and activate the body’s natural ability to release, regulate, and restore. Supported by music and trauma informed guidance, the breath becomes a bridge!!! Moving you through stored emotion, stress, and subconscious patterns. Each journey is unique, but often includes emotional release, deep insight, and a return to center. We close with grounding and integration, allowing your nervous system to settle and group sharing (if you choose) to support you.
