• Friday,  March 20th @7pm -  Spring Equinox ritual!               In collaboration with Erika of Soteria Journeys!                

Join us in honoring the Spring Equinox—a sacred moment of balance, rebirth, and new beginnings. The evening will include a guided meditation, intention setting, and a deeply restorative sound journey to clear stagnant energy and align you with the season ahead. We will close with individual Reiki healing for each participant, supporting grounding, clarity, and energetic renewal. $50 suggested donation (limited space). This event will last longer- about 2 hours. 

• Friday, April 10th @7pm -  Restorative Sound Journey.

A Sound Journey is a deeply restorative experience designed to calm the nervous system and bring the body back into balance. Through the soothing tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, participants are invited into a meditative state where stress softens, the mind quiets, and the body can naturally reset. Simply lie down, relax, and allow the vibrations of sound to guide you into deep rest and inner stillness.

• Friday,  April 24th @7pm -   All Gender Breathwork. 

A therapeutic and spiritual practice that combines deep, accelerated breathing with evocative music to enter expanded states of consciousness, supporting healing, transformation, and self-exploration. You will experience trauma-informed support as you journey with a powerful, supportive group. @ Azadi Studio - text to reserve & come ready to get primal!!
